This Mincer is constructed from Cast Iron. Just as our Stainless Steel model, it boasts the widest clamp opening and longest clamping screw for thick table-tops and a wide hopper opening for efficient mincing. Comes complete with a chopper knife and two mincer plates with: 5mm and 10mm diameter holes. Both plates and chopper knife made from Heavy Duty Carbon Steel.
